Susan began her yoga practice while living in the Boston area. One day she walked into a yoga studio on the second floor of a converted cotton mill, and by the end of her first class she knew that she was hooked. After moving to Hawaii in 2015, Susan walked into another second floor yoga studio - this one in a small healing center in Holualoa, Malama i ka Ola, and was hooked once again. After practicing with Lynn Barre for several years, Susan decided to deepen her personal practice by completing yoga teacher training.
Susan teaches slow flow Vinyasa Yoga classes at Malama i ka Ola. She is also available for private sessions upon request.
When not on her yoga mat, Susan can typically be found in or around the water (scuba diving, snorkeling or swimming). She also loves singing and dogs of all types.
