Bio

It’s Pam’s passion to facilitate those who want to create a more peaceful, balanced, easy life of love and joy one breath at a time. She combines Healing Touch with Conscious Breathwork, guiding her clients to relax in both mind and body. These two healing modalities strengthen and support the immune system, balance the energy and increase the prana, or life force. Working with the breath is a powerful and proven method to restore your nervous system, energize you when tired, increase your focus, calm your mind and improve your sleep.

Combining the Healing Touch work with the Conscious Breathwork encourages and allows the Breathwork to go deeper and have a more profound effect on the system. It teaches people how to tune into their innate healing capacity. It provides useful tools and a safe space for dealing with and releasing family and health issues, trauma, abuse, overwhelm and anxiety. It helps shift the balance in the direction of well-being and satisfaction, intimacy and clarity.

For thirty years Pam worked in the corporate world in Human Resources, Software Development Consulting, and Management. When her mother died of cancer in 2000, she plummeted into depression and knew she had to find other modalities than western medicine that could help heal the pains of the past. She took a class with Leonard Orr, the creator of Rebirthing Breathwork, in 2007 and reconnected with Conscious Breathwork in 2015. Pam became certified in Healing Touch, Rebirthing Breathwork, Reiki, Huna, Sufi Healing and Crystal Therapy, among others. She is also a Life Transformed Certified Coach and a Certified Conscious Breathwork Facilitator and Certified Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor.

Pam offers Breathwork classes, as well as Conscious Breathwork Private Sessions and Conscious Breathwork Couples Sessions and Conscious Breathwork groups.

Pam returned to live in Kona three years ago and enjoys free diving and swimming with the wonderful creatures in the sea. On land she plays pickleball and loves hiking along the coastline with her partner. Thanks to Healing Touch and Conscious Breathwork, she is known to be a calming and compassionate presence, eager to laugh. Pam invites you to experience the amazing healing benefits of full and conscious breathing and the possibility of releasing what you have been holding and opening to an incredible expansion of consciousness, peace and love.
